My 17 month old is not saying any words yet and would like to see how many others are also the same to calm my crazy mind! 
I don’t feel like his speech has changed since he turned one. He makes sounds. No copying sounds, animal sounds or sounds like words. But more like a grunt from the throat and sometimes things like aaaaa or ada.

My 17 month old says nothing lol. She makes tons of sounds, says mama and dada and baba out of context. She can answer yes or no questions when it comes to pretty much anything. But doesn’t say “yes”. She says “yeah” or “da” for yes and just shakes her head for no

He's said a bunch of words and then never says them again idk why. Only ones he's stuck to saying all the time is papa, mama and boo(he's a little prankster like his daddy lol)

My 17 month old can say Mama and Dada, Kitty, and is learning Love You but other than that she just makes babble noises.

My son says ma and da not in context he actually is calling my husband ma and me da ? Tho if u ask him to find ma he looks for me🤔 other then that it’s all just babbling he says Nna a lot I’m thinking maybe it’s no. Dr said I should be concerned when he was talking at 12 months so I’m sure she super concerned now.. I’m on the fence if I’m really worried or if I should just give him time

My kid says a bunch of random words like "cheese", "baby" and "Archie" (my mums dog) along with the usual mum, dad, Nanna. I don't think anyone else would understand it if they heard it though. This morning she said "sister" which was super exciting because I'm 6 months along with her baby sister 🥰
