So I've been TTC coming up 3 years , I'm under the care of a specialist who put me on Letrozole.

I didn't respond and grew 0 follicles

I then got put on Bemfola 75iu (Follistim) for 7 days and had a scan and it showed slight progress, upped my dose for 3 more days and not much changed so I've upped my dose again for 7 days

My Dr seems to think I'll over stimulate and produce too many follicles and that <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> would be the best course of action or on the other hand I might not get any mature follicles

I am not in the financial position for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> and don't think my body is in the best way (PCOS with high insulin, hyper thyroidism) and I don't think I'd respond well to <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> but my Dr seems to disagree.

I just don't know what to do next

Do I keep injecting myself daily and hope I respond correctly with such a small therapuetic window and then try to conceive that way

Or do I stop treatment for a few months to a year to sort my body out , save for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> and try again?

Every year I wait , my eggs get worse and I get older

I don't know what to do.

Any advice is welcome or to share your experiences ☺️😭
