Why is credit karma not accurate?

What other credit apps are accurate? My credit karma says my score is 736, but when my credit is ran by my bank, or for a credit card, etc, it comes up way lower. Like in the 600s. Why??

I think you can request your credit scores from equifax, experian, and transunion for free like once a year and those will be your true credit scores. Credit karma is usually off by like 25 or more points.

Credit Karma is very EH. It says my score isn’t that great but when my phone company ran my score before approving me for a phone and everything else, wherever they ran my score through said my score was well over 700.

I don't have the answer but I have to say I work for a bank and am a loan originator and people will say my credit karma says x and it comes back wayyyy off when its actually pulled through a bureau! So strange.
