Pregnancy congestion?

I’ve been suffering with horrible pregnancy congestion for the past few weeks. My nose is so stuffed I’m mouth breathing like crazy and wake up feeling dry and with a disgusting mouth. Any advice?

The best natural way I found help is drink hot water with lemon or lime first when you wake up that will clear out the mucus instantly.

My doc gave me the thumbs up for Claritin or Zyrtec. Also said if bad, can use Nasacort (not Afrin) - which is helpful to reduce my headaches. 
Definitely check with doc before taking anything though (I’m 13w6 days)

I used a cool air humidifier and it helped in the first trimester, stop use of it though now that my nose isn’t as congested I have nose bleeds

I just started using breathe right strips at night. They seem to be helping while sleeping, but it's definitely not cured.
