help! has anyones baby ever had this?!

Just changed my 2 month olds diaper, she is breast feed and saw these little red spots im assuming are blood . has anyones baby ever had this and been okay?! im freaking out. she has an appointment tmrw thank god so i will deff be asking but was wondering if this had happen to anyone else?

i was just thinking i should add more to what i said. we called the doctor after it happened twice, he said it was probably an anal fissure and to keep an eye on it and to call and let him know what we saw after 24 hours. it kept up and got a little worse, ended up being small streaks of blood instead of dots which made him confirm it was an anal fissure. we put aquaphor on her every diaper change and it went away after 48 hours after seeing it for the first time!
