So my first bloodwork my progesterone was low (4.3) .. Second bloodwork my hCG went up but my progesterone went lower (2.5) . I haven’t had any cramping or bleeding but I assumed I was going to miscarry the baby.. today I woke up to really bad cramps and bleeding .. I went today to get my ultrasound done and my doctor said that despite the odds the baby seemed to grow and look like it was going in the right direction.. no heartbeat yet but he said you usually can’t hear it at this time. When I got home I was still bleeding but I passed a piece of tissue and now I’m getting nervous.. He started me on progesterone today.. anyone have success stories from this ? He said next week we will give you an ultrasound to see if the baby has developed or has a heartbeat.. I put a picture of the ultrasound and the piece of tissue after the ultrasound
