6 weeks 3 days pink spotting when I wipe no cramps

Hi!! SOS please does anyone been through this? I just got out of the shower to find a tiny bit of red blood and then I wiped a few more times and it came light red / pink, I’ve called my doctor and asked for an appointment which will not be until a few more hours.

Please please please if you are reading this, and you have been in the same situation or you know someone else who have been there, can you tell me what happened after? Good or bad, I just need to know if I will be miscarrying again. 😭

Is not a spotting anymore, now is bright red and filling a pad 😔 3rd miscarriage since Christmas. 💔
