Subchorionic bleed

Has anyone experienced a subchorionic bleed? I am 11 weeks 4 days and have basically been spotting since a week post ovulation. It was heavy in the beginning. And now it seems to just be very light and when I wake up in the morning and wipe and then it’s gone for the rest of the day. The doctor said this is the reason, but I still am so nervous I’m going to lose the baby (or already have) and my body hasn’t noticed... has anyone had this happen and you had a successful pregnancy? I have my 12 week ultra sound next week and it can’t come soon enough to find out if little bean is ok. 🙏
