Late Positive??

I’m curious to know if any ladies here have ever experienced getting a “late” positive before? Like I see most women getting bold bfp around 12 dpo and some even sooner. Has anyone ever gotten a negative until about 14 dpo? If so do y’all have any pictures of your line progressions??

My sister did. Some women hcg levels don’t rise as quick. My sister has pcos (as well as do I but didn’t have this issue) so she had a hard time getting a positive home test.
