Why am I not getting pregnant?

I have a baby boy who is 2. We have been trying for a second for about 8 cycles now and nothing.. I'm 24 and healthy. I ovulate regularly, my periods come on time always. Any tips out there that can help me?

It can take a perfectly healthy couple up to a year to conceive. Some people, it takes longer. My husband and I have both been tested for fertility issues and both were found to be perfectly healthy. We've been ttc #2 for 3 years and in that time I've had 2 unexplained miscarriages, 1 chemical, and a miscarriage due to blighted ovum. Currently in cycle 6 since my last miscarriage. AF is predicted to come Saturday and unfortunately I think she will.

It takes time sometimes. Secondary infertility is soooo real. We’re on cycle 14 now trying for our second child. AF showed tonight and were devastated. I had an HSG done at the beginning of this cycle to clear my tubes (I had blocked ones) and it went really well so we were so optimistic.

Sometimes it just takes time. As long as you’re sure you’re ovulating and timing sex right, just keep trying and hoping, it’s all you can do unfortunately. I was worried about whether I could conceive my first at 8 months and ended up conceiving about 2-3 months later when I just gave up. Good luck !
