What should I do help!!!

My friend broke her phone and asked me if she could borrow my extra phone for a month till she got her new phone. I said yes but if I asked for it then I need to have it back even if you don’t have a new phone. 2 months later she got a new phone and I just cracked my screen so I asked her if she could drop the phone off when she got a chance. She said she still needs to clear it from her staff I told her that was fine I just needed it soon. After a week I asked again and she said that she still needed to clean it and I said okay again another week went by and I asked again for it and told her I really need it now and she said well not everything is on your time I don’t have to go around your schedule you will get the phone will I give it to you. You haven’t been asking for it. So I told her that I did ask for it And she said well I shouldn’t have to beg you to come get your stuff from me like I said you will get it when you get it. Is there anything I can do to get the phone back from her or should I just forget about my phone. I’m friends with her cousin and her cousin helped me get it back my ex friend gave the phone away to her little cousin and told him I have a new phone you can have my extra one now. And her other cousin told him the truth and got it back. But now I don’t know the password and she didn’t give him the password.
