How many should my son expecting? 😟😟😟

Recommended is 4th dose of Hib, 4th of peumococcal, MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), Varicella (chickenpox), Hep A. 
Your doctor may spread them out a bit though, or they may want to do all 5. However, as the parent, you can choose when your child receives them. If you are not comfortable with your child receiving all 5 at the same time, spread them out. You can wait until 18 months with any of them and still be within the recommended ages per the CDC. You also can refuse any of them too. I’m not going to get into any for or against vaccine debates because that is a personal decision each parent needs to make, but I highly suggest researching each of them. And just because you may choose not to do one now doesn’t mean you can’t do it later when your child is older. Ultimately you want what is best for your child more than any other person on the planet, so you need to be the one to decide what that best is.

My daughter got 3 and a finger prick for lead and hemoglobin. The mmr and varicella vaccine was so rough on her though!

My daughter had her appointment today. Three shots and a blood draw. I’m in WI.

Jesse got 3 shots at his one year appointment. Varicella, MMR, and a Hep shot. I thought since he’s older it was going to go much worse than it actually did. He only cried for a couple of minutes like usual and luckily he had no reactions to the vaccines afterwards 🙏🏼.

Not sure how is it in USA but in UK my son got 4 shots🙄😪about 7 hours later he had reaction (to MenB shot)  and cried so much and had fever even after I gave him paracetamol. But next day he was fine:) Good luck😘
