First ultrasound please help
I had my first ultrasound today and I thought I was about 8 weeks cause my last period was 17 April. When they did the ultrasound though there was no heartbeat and they say I may be only 6 weeks. Is this a good or bad sign? My boobs don’t hurt either and I’ve had some very mild cramping but no bleeding at all.
