I was sitting on my yoga ball, got up to go to the bathroom and discovered this. I’m a FTM 40 + 4, dilated to 1 cm about a week ago, have had a membrane sweep, and have lost my mucous plug. I did have sex last night (unprotected) to encourage labor and connect with my husband before baby, but I did clean up after. Is it possible this is a bloody show? Or is it just remnants from our encounter?
