Shaky legs???

Does anybody else's legs feel shaky and weak right when they start their period? Like to the point where I have to grip onto the railing if I walk down stairs because my legs feel like jelly lmao

I used to get this when I was a teenager but that was because I used to have heavy painful periods, but it's not something I suffer with anymore xx

This used to happen to me every period. Every time I would start I would have extremely heavy bleeding and I would be lightheaded with jelly legs and a lot of times I would shake uncontrollably. This all ended when I got on my birth control, which regulates my periods and made the bleeding much less heavy so the shakiness and everything eventually stopped. If you’re not already, I highly recommend talking to your doctor about getting on some sort of birth control. It helped me a lot, so it may help with you too! Best of luck to you X
