Has anyone gotten pregnant before your period came back?

I have a 9 month old boy and am still busting so I haven’t gotten my period back just some spotting here and there. Well, last week smells were killing me and I was up all night long to pee. I took a pregnancy test and it was positive in like 5 seconds! I have an appointment next Thursday but am freaking out. I’m excited but now all the worries of miscarriage come into my mind! Has anyone gotten pregnant before their cycle came back?
