Inknow this is a stupid question but Can I eat grapefruit with implant ?

There’s a lot of conflicting information about grapefruit/grapefruit juice & it’s interaction with Nexplanon... some information says there’s no need to change ur grapefruit/juice intake but to report any increase in normal side effects of the birth control to ur doctor, while other information says u should limit ur intake of it. 
There was even a point in time I was curious about grapefruit juice & Nexplanon, as I was planning to try a cleanse drink where grapefruit juice was the main juice of choice for it & had read that it may lessen Nexplanon’s effectiveness (I already know it messes with combination pills due to the estrogen in those pills), so I called & asked the pharmacist... he looked it up but was getting conflicting information as well. He asked me how much of the juice I’d be drinking per day, which would’ve been about 2 cups of concentrated juice, and he told me since the juice was highly concentrated & with how much I’d be drinking everyday, that I should just be cautious & not drink it at all... So, I didn’t, and just used orange juice instead & never had an issue. 
Sooo, I suppose to be on the safer side u could either not eat/drink it at all, or just limit ur intake of it.
