What can I do to help with depression? I’ve tried talking to my doctor about it and he doesn’t seem to care enough to actually help me. With the whole pandemic, a lot of services aren’t taking people in. I feel like I have no options. I’ve tried talking to family and friends but nobody seems to care enough to listen and now I feel like I’m at a dead end. I’ve been dealing with depression since I was 15 and this pandemic is only making it worse. I do stay active, I go outside a lot to get fresh air but I still feel like I’m in a dark place. Does anyone have any techniques or things that helped them?
