What’re your thoughts on waiting til birth to find out the gender?

Somebody motivate me, I just had my intergrading and genetic screening done. I’ll be finding out the gender in 2weeks.. I’m debating if I want to wait til birth but I’m not patient enough either. This is my 2nd pregnancy, my first is a boy! What’re your plans? Gender reveal? Birth reveal?

We waited with my son and it was such an incredible experience hearing it’s a boy and then holding my son. I highly recommend it. And because we waited we have gender neutral stuff and a nursery that we can use for this baby :)

We are waiting for surprise number 3! 
I love not knowing! 
And it probably saves me a lot of mon because I know if I knew I would probably buy all sorts of useless items!!

I think its pretty cool when you can wait until birth to find out the sex; however, I do not have the patience. If I already had a boy and a girl I think it would be easier but in your case I would be anxious for a little girl lol

If I could wait I definitely would but we have two girls already and if there’s any chance of this next one will be a boy I just wanna be prepared.  I’m a big planner. However if we had one of each I would love to wait. I just know I’m not as patient as that either and I would be eating me alive inside especially when I have the answer in my hands and can know at any moment. I’d slip up and peek 😂🤦🏼‍♀️￼￼￼￼

This will be our third, and we will also be doing genetic testing and find out early. I love the *idea* of waiting, but I just can’t lol. My first was and this one is a surprise, so that’s enough surprise for me 😅

I didnt find out with either of mine and wont for this one either. For me there is just something a little more exciting and special with not finding out until after birth. People thought I was crazy and a few people expressed how hard it was to get gender neutral stuff like my mother in law but I didn't care told them to wait till baby is born then lol. Loved it!

My brother and his wife waited. It was awful lol I could never do it neither could my husband
