Went to my 39 week appointment today dilated to 1 cm and 75% thinned. The doctor asked how I felt about being induced if I go over my due date and as of right now I told her that I’m comfortable with it. But I’ll let her know on Monday after I do my own set of research and sit together with my thoughts. I really want my body to do this naturally and I have the confidence that my body will know what to do but as a first time mom I’m nervous. I feel guilty for wanting to be induced and not go longer than full-term. Anyone go through this as well? What are your thoughts and views? Not looking for judgment here just supportive Momma‘s who have been through this as well.
