possible std??

so i haven’t had sex in 6months (december) and i noticed a few months ago ( mid february) that these pimple/more wart looking things started popping up in my inner thigh, now i don’t have any of these on my vagina, but there are a few on my bikini line that looks more like a possible skin tag. If any one could help me out or know what this could possibly be?
