Bleeding in early pregnancy???? Please help!!

Did anyone else experience bleeding like this? This is my first baby and I’m freaking out. Does this mean I’m miscarrying?? Maybe some slight cramps but maybe just gas. No other symptoms. Has anyone had this and had a healthy baby?? I go to the doctor next week for an ultrasound but I’m freaking out.

I have had bleeding since last Sunday. I found out I was pregnant on last Saturday. I called an OB office Monday morning (I don’t have any doctors because I moved in March and then covid happened. Go figure). The office set me up as a patient and I was also sent to get bloodwork and urine test to make sure I didn’t have a UTI. They called me Tuesday and I had to go get a shot for my blood type (I was under the impression that I was bleeding due to my blood type) but on Wednesday I called because I was still bleeding and it went from pink to red. They told me that the shot wasn’t for the bleeding but even my paperwork says I was seen for bleeding in early pregnancy so idk. But either way the nurse told me that as long as it wasn’t like my period not to worry. Spotting/bleeding happens more than we know in pregnancy. Especially first trimester. I’m also going for an ultrasound this coming week.. when I went for my office visit for my shot the doctor said to schedule it to ease my mind. 
I’ve also been told by many females of their experiences bleeding during pregnancy and having a healthy pregnancy and giving birth to a healthy baby. 
I know every experience is different but try not to stress yourself out about it too much(as hard as that is.. I was stressed for most of last week haha).

How many weeks are you? Bleeding is something to always contact your OB about, there should be an after hours operator to talk to you. However, bleeding in early pregnancy can be completely normal, so as best as you can, try to stay calm. It can be a lot of normal things, and many woman have it, and carry out perfectly healthy pregnancies.

I had bleeding about a month ago, around 12 weeks. It looked like that as well, with minor cramping. I had an ultrasound the next day and they said everything was fine. I’m now 16+3 and haven’t had any bleeding since. I wouldn’t panic if the bleeding has stopped but I would definetly try to get in with your doc sooner to ease your mind. All the best!

I would call your doctor and see if they can get you in sooner just to check on things.
Try to rest and stay calm. This definitely does not mean it’s a miscarriage. There are a lot of things that can cause spotting in pregnancy.
But any bleeding at all is worth contacting your doctor about.

I bleed due to a subchorionic hematoma when i was 6 weeks. I would go to the Emergency room to find out

Everyone is different. For me, any spotting or blood meant miscarriage. However some women will spot in their pregnancy and be fine
