5 weeks 4 days and scared I'm having a miscarriage

I was so happy to be pregnant again with another February baby so that my 2 year old would finally have a little brother or sister but I've been having a lot of bleeding all day since this morning, and I'm so afraid I'm having a miscarriage. The doctor took my HCG levels today and will repeat them on Monday to see if they are increasing or not. I need positive stories please- did anyone bleed in their first trimester and then go on to have healthy babies?
