Did everyone get an ultrasound at first appt?

I just made my first appointment for next week (I'll be 7 weeks) and they said no ultrasound ☹ they didn't ask how far I am though so I guess not everyone does it? I thought they would to date you

Yeah you’ll most likely go in and get blood work, answer health questions and then they will get you scheduled for an ultrasound to see how far along you, to see how many babies are in there, and make sure everything looks good

My first appointment was with my primary care physician who took my blood and told me I was 3 weeks further along than I was lmao. I waited 3 weeks for my 8 week appointment and first appointment with an OB and they did an ultrasound then
