Im getting a little concerned and I need some advice from mothers who have been through something similar with their kids... So my oldest is 11, he's a super bright kid.. He can be kind and is generally a happy kid and can be thoughtful of others but for the past couple of yrs he's been very unmotivated. All he wants to do is be stuck on his electronics and I can hardly get him to do anything. Asking him to do something while he is on his tablet is the most horrid le thing to him and he gives quit an attitude.. Its like pulling teeth!! I just don't get it. I've tried sitting down and talking to him, that doesn't work. I've taken all his electronics away, that doesn't work either.. He'll just lay around all day he wont even go play outside. Im at a loss guys I obviously am not going to give up on my kid but what can I do?? I feel hopeless at times and i feel like I failed him in some way... How can I motivate him and make him want to be more productive.. Please help a mother in need ladies🙏
