Baby soon??

Question

Multi time mommas...how long after baby "dropped" did you deliver?  What other signs of baby coming soon did you have? 
I am 35 weeks with my 4th....but i have only gone in to labor once, 13yrs ago, so i don't rememeber what happened before! I have been really nauseous this week and have  diarrhea. I feel like baby is lower and I am looking smaller....not trying to read much in to it and I know it's different for everyone, but i am curious!

Best advice I can give you is listen to your body! You will feel “ready” ( contractions may start slow over a week or two of time), water could break though not always, or baby can turn at anytime and change the game plan! If you feel different, lots of pressure “down there” contact your OB or midwife and let them know.

Never felt like I dropped with my second until I was actually in labor. With my first I think he dropped 3 weeks before he came. Didn’t really have any warnings of labor with either one. Felt weirdly achy the day before my 2nd came but it was a weird crappy week so I chalked it up to all that other stuff.

I dropped at 38 weeks and had him at 39 weeks. I lost my appetite and started to have contractions the day before my water broke.

I think it just depends. I wouldn’t use dropping as a for sure sign labor is near. 
I’m 35 weeks too and baby has been head down since 24weeks and even at my last appt 34 weeks she said she had her head low in my pelvis and still nothing.

First baby was same week she dropped. Second was about two weeks after she dropped. This baby never went up and has been in my pelvis for 24 weeks 😂.
I just knew with my first something was wrong about two days before hand. Your symptoms sound like what a lot of women mention at their time!

Never did but went into labor at 39+6 after being at 3cm/80% from 35 weeks on

I dropped at 30-33 weeks and didn’t have them until 39 weeks lol
