I’ve always had vaginal dryness, since I was probably 13/14. Not during sex! Just everyday life. Most of the time I have a heavy discharge but then there’s probably 2-3 days in a row I have a painful dryness down there between my lips. I try to look up remedies and relief online and the only thing that comes up is during sex. 🙄 Anyone have this and have relief ideas? I can’t sleep because it’s so dry and uncomfortable.
