I have no idea when my periods due

Basically long story short glow says I’m due in 3 days but I’m not sure if it’s accurate as I was late logging my period this month so took a guess. We’ve been trying 4 years and we’ve not stopped as I start uni in sept I’ve taken a test because I kept getting shooting pains in my ovaries and my test looks like this! I’ve had evaps on this brand before but not so visible so I’m confused still can’t get another test yet either
