Any ideas how to loose last bit of pp fat
Had c section 6 months ago n feel I have a bit more belly and back fat to loosw.
I exercise 3-5 days a week... And eat pretty clean though I have sugar and carbs sometimes.
I do runs...transform 20 and weight lifting currently
