Thoughts ?

Question

So I got my membranes swept yesterday and I’ve been having a few small contractions here and there. You think if I take me midwives brew and go for a long long walk it will get things started? I’m 2cm and 50% effaced.

Answer

I had a small sweep yesterday. Then we walked for hours. Contractions got intense and as close as 5min. But then they stopped. 1.5cm dialted. 30% effaced. 
I'm not willing to try the brew. Heard it was gross plus I'd have to go buy the stuff and i don't feel like it 😂
Instead im doing everything else that worked for my other 2 kids. 
Chinese food, spicy food, pizza (wasnt even planned for the 2nd but we had pizza then that next morning I was haging Contractions lol), 4wheeling, foot massage or pedicure (Hopefully Sunday I can go get a pedi), walking, and yoga ball.
