Tooth ache and swollen gums plus a sore throat.

I never had this problem before. I am 13dpo. For 2 days now I am having really bad toothache. Its my wisdom tooth also when i swallow its painful. Could this be a sign of pregnancy. I am really hopeful because AF does not show yet. Who else experience this symptoms then got BFP?
