Prenatals making you sick?

I've tried every brand under the sun - with no luck! The only one I have yet to try, is the iron free gummies. Any others with similar experience with prenatals?

With my son I took the pills for my prenatal vitamin as soon as I decided to see if it was the vitamin I stopped and a few days later I didn't have much nausea or sickness. I asked my doctor if I needed to take them anymore because I was getting sick from them. Turns out that's really common. My system was getting all the vitamin nutrients at once and that's what was causing my sickness. So this pregnancy I take the gummies. I just wish I remembered to take them more.

Take them at night before bed and make sure you eat you will be fine ☺️

Have you tried a gummy vitamin? Those tend to be easier on the stomach.

Gummies are great! I love mine. Never got sick off of them. Make sure you have good in your stomach though, with any kind of prenatals. Otherwise you will get a tummy ache or sick

I take mine at night along with my nausea medication, right before bed time and make sure I eat a little something too. I haven't had problems yet and last pregnancy they made me so sick!

I've started taking mine right before I go to sleep and I feel so much better! I used to be nauseous all day when I was taking them in the morning.
Trying taking them at night and see how you go.

My sister in law did! She took it right before she went to bed and it helped!
