If this is your field of work could you tell me your experience (s) and how you got to that level? College or University and how long it took you? What do you do on a day to day basis and do you love/like your job?

I have a job offer with a company where pretty much the only qualifications are that you have to be willing to learn and be coached. Education background doesn't matter. It surprises me that they accept people that are undereducated, especially considering this isn't a minimum wage job
