Baby hates sleep bags and kicks covers off at night. Advice!

My almost 7 month old has always HATED sleepbags and kicks blankets off within seconds since being old enough to roll over. He sleeps through the night fine but when I get him for his dream feed his chest and back has felt chilly. I’ve just bought him a fleece sleep suit from next but wondering what he should wear under it?! I’ve put him in a sleeveless bodysuit tonight. His room is about 19c at night but as it’s June Im scared it’s too much and I’ve since read about fleece overheating babies 😩 I know all children are different but any advice or info on what you dress your little ones in would be fab! 💕
