It’s likely just a wonky temp. Disregard it and wait a few days.
It’s physically impossible for implantation to happen earlier than 6dpo, and it only happens that early about 0.5% of the time. The fact is that your temp is going to rise and fall naturally, it’s going to fluctuate. Implantation dips are frankly more myth than fact.
Here’s my chart as an example:

See how my temps went up and down in a low range before ovulation, and then up and down in a higher range after? These fluctuations are normal. They don’t necessarily indicate anything.
