I noticed I pooped green yesterday twice and then again today in the morning , this has also happened to me last week? what could this be caused by? I am struggling with an ED , and it’s stressful I just want my body back to normal

Eating a high quantity of leafy, green vegetables, Bile pigment – poop may be green due to bile pigment in the poop If food moves too quickly through the intestine, bile pigment can't break down sufficiently.
