we’ve put probiotics in his bottle daily, for months. It was the only thing that helped combat constipation issues from his reflux meds!

We did, but the were expensive and the bottle kept going weird before we were even half finished. They weren’t making a difference so we just stopped. Considering starting again, though.

We give my daughter probiotic oatmeal, she’s had problems with constipation and that’s the only thing that’s helped regulate her.
