Bleeding While pregnant?

Hey girls! So i just woke up and this is what my panty liner looked like... I ended my period last Friday. And then last Saturday I felt very nauseous(very unusual) for me. And then Monday i spotted veryyyyy lightly so i decided to test. I got a BFP (which i was not expecting). And today I see what looks like old blood along with a little bit of newer bright red blood. Could this be implantation bleeding? Or my body getting rid of old blood? 
Be aware!!! The picture is very TMI 
And btw I have my doctors appointment tomorrow to check up and take a pregnancy test.

So you got a positive test three days after your period?

That does not appear to be a good sign. I would think maybe a chemical or early loss potentially and that there is just some HCG remaining in your system. Particularly with the description of  having just ended your period yet getting BFP. You can’t have a period and be pregnant. Some may experience some bleeding while pregnant. But it’s not possible to have a “period.” I would wait for your doctor to advise you.
