Ok so this started today there’s still 11/12 days until my period and my boobs have been hurting for the last three days as well.

Agree with Maddie. I don’t see a reason to call your doctor over just a small amount of spotting. Given the time frame, it could easily be a result of ovulation , either it’s hormonal or from the actual process.
