Hours of Sleep options
I'm glad you guys added the hours of sleep part. I'm wondering if there is a way to capture broken sleep. So the first part would be 4 hours, then later, I was able to take a 1 hour nap. Right now, I either leave it at 4 hours continuous sleep or change it to 5...
