My husband and I noticed these spots on her face on June 5th and didn’t think anything of it

But it keeps on getting worse and it looks like it’s spreading. I just took this picture yesterday (June 13th)

I want to take her to the ER because her pediatrician office is closed today since it’s Sunday. I don’t know if I should take her in or wait till tomorrow to set up an appointment.

Also I have been putting on Lotrimin once last night and once this morning... if it’s not ringworm and I put that on her face will she be okay???

My husband and I are extremely worried but I don’t want to panic and take her to the ER for nothing... what do you think it is and what we should do??

(also if you can’t tell my husband and I are first time parents so everything worries us)
