Multiple LH surges? Emotionally Burnt Out!

I know OPK's do not work for some women with PCOS. For those of you that it does work for Do you experience several surges throughout the month. Like it will almost get equally as dark then just fade back to very very negative within 24 hours. This happened last month then 8 days later I finally peaked. Now it happened again this month 3 days ago. Ive been taking Metformin for almost 2 months and although it has helped bring back and shorten my cycles, I'm not sure it is helping lower my insulin enough to ovulate. Or maybe I have another issue with LH or its adrenal gland. I'm SO F*n OVER IT. I have had fertility blood tests run and Metformin 1000mg was my Drs hope that since I am obese that it would help me with her assuming I have insulin resistance, weight & ovulation before discussing fertility drugs. (I am not diabetic nor do I have high glucose) I have my second appointment with my fertility specialist this week. I am just so emotionally drained with attempting to understand my PCOS and how to help it. Ive been on numerous diets, even tried weight watchers, Mediterranean, low carb, keto (i couldnt stand feeling sick as a dog I stopped). My pcp and Fertility Dr both have checked my Thyroid, theres no problem with it. Im Not diabetic. Just obese and pcos. I don't know what else to do. Tried light toning weights, tried just doing cardio. Nothing helps sustainbly. I lose 10lbs then eat 1 bad meal in 2 weeks and gain 6lbs by the next morning, drink a crap ton of water and it doesn't come off. When I was on weight watchers 2 yrs ago I lost 30lbs, gained 40lbs back. I'm just exhausted at being told by pcos community and regular doctors "lose weight it will help your pcos and fertility issues". I can't get the weight off! I just want to cry, I'm so tried of not knowing what to do or to get an exact diagnosis. Just emotionally burnt out and crying the last 3 days.
