Bad Rash

My daughter developed this rash about a month ago and when I took her for a well check up 2/3 weeks ago the doctor told me it was most likely from her pacifier and to apply over the counter cortizone cream, which I started about a week later. She now hasn’t had her pacifier for 5/6 days (pray for me) and the rash hasn’t let up. I noticed she also has it on her nose and eyes now too. It flares up whenever she eats or takes a bath, I moved to a different state and trying to establish health insurance so I haven’t been able to take her in again but does anyone know what it could be or what else I can try? I’m also pregnant and due tomorrow so I’m producing colostrum, would applying that possibly help?
