I’m a sub 60% and a dom 40% but I’m always to scared to act in the past I was a switch but an abusive ex beat the shot out of me one time and I’ve never been slightly dominant since. My partner is more submissive than I am and since neither or us want to start anything I was wondering if anyone had some advise to being more assertive or how to get back into being more dominant.
