I’ve been a menstrual cup user for almost a year now. Up until now I’ve just used the regular SAALT cup and for a while it was just fine. But recently my period cramps have been particularly awful, and I’ve run into the same problem with the cup that I have with any sort of inserted period product: even worse cramps.

Soooo I finally bit the bullet and ordered the SAALT soft cup (I do love the regular for size/shape, I think it’s just too rigid), but I was wondering. Do any ladies here have any experience with the soft cup? Does it help? Very curious, and if you’re curious too I can even update as things progress lol, since I’m getting it soon and due to start my period in like four days lol. 😂😂😂
