I’m just really feeling down right now. I had have a preventative cerclage placed back in March at 11 weeks due to my past medical history.

Everything was great until my 20 week scan ( I was actually 21 weeks and 3 days) and it revealed the bag was bulging a little beyond the cervix. I was sent to labor and delivery to be placed in trendelenburg position until I was 22 weeks and 6 days. My cervix retracted everything was closed and I got to home.

Next think I know on June 10th at my follow up routine appt I’m being sent back because my cervix was slightly opened again with the bulging bag 😭😭😭 my dr is now saying I will be here until I deliver and I hate to sound selfish but I really miss being in the comfort of my own home.

I’m not having contractions or bleeding. I’m able to go back and forth to the restroom and shower everyday. I’m currently 24 weeks and 2 days so I did have the steroid shots for baby’s lungs this passing Friday and Saturday. Due to coronavirus I can’t have visitors and I’m just not loving things right about now 😩🥺 why cantI just have a regular cervix and pregnancy !!!!!
