Implantation bleeding or something else?
My periods are usually very regular. On the day my period was supposed to start (about 14 days since ovulation would have happened), I had very light spotting. It stopped in a few hours, but it was bright red. I am sexually active and could be pregnant. However I have been under a lot of stress lately also. Does this sound like implantation bleeding?
