Is this a ring worm outbreak??? im currently using anti fungal body wash and lotion and also cream and it’s starting to dry out

Kind of looks like pityriasis rosea. My fiance had it and it just showed up out of nowhere. He got a cream from the doctor and it went away in about a week

It doesn’t look like ring worm to me. Usually it’s bigger and bullseye shaped. Those look like some kind of bite from a bug or flea. I’d look up different kind of bug bites and see if you can identify it.
