How to get pregnant when hubby cant...?

So my husband has always had a had time ejaculating when having sex. I've asked him if it's always been like that even the first time he had sex and he's said yes. He can get himself off after some time but he can't during sex. He is very self conscious and we've tried different things but at this point it's a waiting game until we can get him insurance and talk to a doctor.

In the mean time has anyone had this issue and still gotten pregnant? We've tried getting him close and then having him penetrate but then he can't. We just want a baby already 😔
