Yeast infection

Ok so I'm 11 and I think I have a yeast infection, I talked to my parents about it and my dad's girlfriend is a doctor and she says it's definitely a yeast infection but my mom doesn't know if it is or not and obviously I can't diagnose myself because I am 11 and I don't know what to do.
